Ryan Kane is a Partner at Soaring Towers with more than 20 years in IT management and over 15 years in IT consulting. Ryan specializes in connecting technical and non-technical people: translating complex technology, security, and AI topics into clear business decisions. Ryan's experience spans banking, finance, accounting, and construction. His work focuses on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and helping organizations adopt new tools like AI responsibly while protecting their clients' sensitive data.
Ryan lives in the Inland Empire and is the proud father of three, which makes him a full-time shuttle driver for their many activities. A former drummer in a rock band, he now keeps the beat on tabletops, and he is a lifelong, die-hard Lakers fan.
Nick Costa is the Chief Technology Officer at Soaring Towers, where he leads the firm's technical strategy and specializes in AI-driven business solutions. A Microsoft Azure Expert with more than 23 IT certifications, Nick designs and manages secure, modern technology environments for businesses, helping them put AI and automation to work in practical, measurable ways.
Nick provides tailored IT management and cybersecurity support to clients in industries ranging from homebuilders to CPA firms. He brings a hands-on, solutions-first approach to every engagement, with a focus on reducing risk, strengthening security, and making technology an advantage rather than a headache.
Outside of work, Nick is passionate about the ocean and ocean preservation, enjoys distance running, and is a huge Formula 1 fan (go McLaren!).
