His valuations have been used for such things as fairness opinion under California Corporation Codes, gift and estate planning and transfers, asset allocations, sales and purchases of business, business and marital dissolutions and litigation cases.  In addition to his professional work, Royce has taught about the various aspects of the valuation process.  He has received numerous awards for his professional and community service.\n \nTed Collins professional experience is in public accounting in areas such as auditing, fraud investigation, tax work, consulting, financial analysis and business valuations.   He has performed valuations for gift and estate tax planning, transfers, sale of interests, arbitration and negotiated settlements.\n \nWe look forward to welcoming our co-presenters.\n
