He started his career in the real estate industry\nby working in banking beginning in 1993. While working for some\nof the nation’s largest savings institutions, Kevin received extensive\ntraining in lending, sales, appraisals, banking back office, escrow and\ntitle and of course, probate, retail and commercial banking.\nKevin brought his extensive experience to the title industry in early\n1999. As a probate specialist, Kevin reviews several files and scenarios daily\nthat involved deceased parties, probate, trusts and estates, court orders,\netc. He has a “never say die” attitude and knows how to close the deals!\nIt is estimated that he has closed well over 15,000 transactions while\nworking as a title representative. He uses his knowledge and first hand\nexperience to help close even the toughest transactions.\nKevin has authored two real estate books. “Probate Real Estate Sales 101”\nwas his first book and an Amazon “Bestseller”. His second book is “The\nWholesaler’s Guide To Closing Real Estate Deals”.\nCurrently, Kevin helps attorneys, real estate agents and investors close\ntransactions as a Vice President and Probate Expert at Lawyers Title.\n
