ADAMS III, CPA, ABV, ASA is President of Adams Capital, a leading National provider of strategic business valuation and financial advisory services. Prior to forming Adams Capital, Mr. Adams practiced business valuation with Coopers & Lybrand and KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Adams received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Georgia State. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, and the past president of the society’s Atlanta Chapter. Mr. Adams is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Adams is also a member and past management committee member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants where he previously served on the board, estate gift and trust committee and personal finance committee. He is past president of the Buckhead chapter of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Immediate past president of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council. Mr. Adams is recognized as a qualified expert witness and has provided expert testimony in Tax Court, Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, New York, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.\n \nCONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT\n \nContinuing education credit is available at each webinar for Accredited Estate Planner® designees. In addition, a general certificate of completion will be made available for those professionals who feel the program satisfies their continuing education requirements and are able to self-file.
