The topic will focus on property tax change in ownership law specifically in regards to how it relates to transfers of property to legal entities and the transfer of legal entity interests. \n \nPrior to the meeting's presentation, a proposed amendment to the By-laws will be put forth for a membership vote. By-laws may be amended at any regular meeting of the EPCRC by vote of two-thirds of the members present. The proposed By-laws will be emailed to membership by Wednesday, September 30, 2015. \n
