DESCRIPTION:\nTonight we welcome Jess Swick to share the inside story of annuities. \n \nJess M Swick is a Financial Advisor with the Northwestern Mutual since 1970.  He has received his CLU, ChFC, AEP, CASL, CLTC from the American College and works mainly with Business Owners to help them with their financial needs, ranging from Buy Sell, Retirement, Employee Benefits, and personal planning.\n \nJess is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, and past president of the Inland Empire NAIFA, (formerly the Pomona Valley NAIFA).  He is past president of the Estate Planning Council of the Pomona Valley, and past board member of Northwestern Mutual’s Financial Advisors.\n \nBy positioning companies with proper planning and products that provide for financial security, Jess has helped his clients when working is not possible, due to an illness or injury, to cover significant medical cost, to provide living benefits for surviving partners and family members, to retire with dignity and independence and pay the incredible cost of long term care while creating legacies for children and charities.\n \nMr. Swick, throughout his career, has been very active in his community of Claremont, serving as president of the Claremont Chamber of Commerce, The Claremont Community Foundation, OPARC, Claremont Kiwanis Club, the Claremont YMCA, Inland Hospice, and the Moderator of the Claremont UCC.  He served on the board for Mt. San Antonio Gardens.  In addition he was an AYSO soccer coach for over 20 years and in charge of his church’s youth group for over 20 years.  Also, Jess chaired the Kiwanis Key Club program at Claremont High School in 1998.\n \nHe has been honored by the Claremont Kiwanis Club as Kiwanian of the Year in 1996 and 2008, was Claremont’s Los Angeles County Fair Honored Citizen in 2003, Humanitarian of the Year for Inland Hospice in 2004, Claremont’s Honored Citizen July 4th 2006, and honored by Ability First in 1984 and 2007.  In addition Jess has been an auctioneer for Non Profit fund raisers over the last 35 years, helping raise over $1,000,000 for agencies such as Le Roy Haynes, Ability First, Kiwanis Clubs, Rotary Clubs, Foundations, Boy Scouts, Pomona Valley Hospital, Assistant League of Upland, House of Ruth, Inland Valley Hope Partners, the Uplanders and the Claremont Community Foundation, etc.\n \nJess with his wife Marion reside in Claremont and they have raised 4 children and currently have 5 grandchildren.  \n \n \n \n \n
