The Honorable John M. Pacheco (Ret.) will present to the annual joint meeting of the Estate Planning Councils of San Bernardino County and Riverside County.
Judge Pacheco retired after more than 23 years on the San Bernardino County Superior Court. He now serves as a mediator for Signature Resolution.
